Privacy - Your Data and GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) harmonise data protection law in the EU and imposes new rules on organisations that offer services in the EU. The primary objective of the GDPR is to give citizens back control over their personal data.

All of our Guru instances have been updated to include two different privacy statements:

1. Statement for internal administrative and academic users
2. Statement for external examiners

These statements are now available within Guru and linked from user’s home pages.

In short though, we use your data fairly and only for the expected purposes around examination paper management and review!
