Email Archive Facility
We are pleased to announce another new feature for all users of Guru. Users are now able to access all service-related emails where they were a sender or receiver.
This includes all emails relating to examination paper reviews, final reports, module notifications etc. It should come in useful for those scenarios where access to email is not possible, where a user’s email provider is sending Guru emails into a Spam folder or where the user had mistakenly deleted a relevant email.
Clicking on any of the ‘Show’ buttons allows the user to see the original content of the emails and will provide any web links as normal.
You can find the email archive by clicking on the small icon at the top-right of any of your Guru pages.
