Japanese/Chinese/Arabic Character Set Support

Although we’ve been primarily based in English speaking regions, the issue around internationalisation comes up immediately due to the teaching of language modules. External examiners are now able to provide comments in a range of languages with special character sets. These now include Japanese, Chinese, Arabic (and many more).
